Hi, I am Ieva Drazniece.
I work at the intersection of leadership, communication, and digital authority. For 29 years I, Ieva Drazniece, have worked in communications and brand strategy, helping professionals and Teams express their expertise with clarity and build trust through meaningful presence.
My work rests on a simple idea. Authority grows when professionals share perspective, not promotion.
When I am not partnering with professionals, training teams, or speaking on stage, you will find me in nature, walking or reading a book. I love riding my bicycle, and I sometimes surf as I live by the Baltic Sea. It is surfing that has taught me that the best results come from a mix of intense focus and a willingness to ride the wave exactly as it comes.
