How 1:1 coaching supported a top-level manager in unlocking confidence, visibility, and a new professional identity.

The Beginning

This journey began quietly. A year ago, the client — a senior leader in a large organization — was referred to me for support in refining their LinkedIn™ profile. We started with strategy and positioning, building the foundation for a presence that felt aligned and grounded.

A few months later, they came back — this time with the desire to show up more actively and intentionally online. That's when we began 1:1 coaching.
