WORKSHOP: Helping Leaders Recognize the Power of Personal Branding

How in-person workshops inspired a shift in mindset and elevated LinkedIn presence across a multinational management team.

This collaboration began in early spring when we were invited to lead an in-person inspiration session for the Latvia-based management, leadership, and executive team, comprising nearly 40 professionals.

The Workshop Experience

In a dynamic 2-hour session, we explored:

From Local to Regional Impact

Following the success of the initial session, the client invited us to work with their regional management team, bringing together leaders from four countries. We facilitated another in-person workshop, this time with 11 senior professionals.

In this session, the focus deepened. The conversation shifted toward how leaders can take ownership of their online presence in a way that aligns with both their personal values and the company's vision.
