Leading Conversations for OIXIO
When I first stepped behind the microphone, I didn't imagine how quickly these conversations would become one of the most meaningful parts of my work. Hosting the OIXIO podcast has opened a space where stories, expertise, and human connection meet.
It's not just about recording interviews. It's about creating a safe, guided conversation where partners, vendors, and thought leaders can share their perspectives openly — and where our Baltic business community can discover insights that help us lead with confidence and trust.
💬 How It Started
This journey began thanks to Madis Sõnajalg. After seeing some of my video posts on LinkedIn, he first invited me as a keynote speaker for the Fortinet Baltic Sync 2025 event. Later, he reached out again and asked me to step in as a podcast host for OIXIO 11th Inspiration Day — to create conversations with our ecosystem of partners and vendors.

As podcast host, I've had the chance to speak with OIXIO's technology partners and vendors — leaders from companies shaping IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital trust across the Baltic region. These conversations spotlight innovations, highlight local challenges, and show how global technology connects to our market.
One of the highlights so far has been my inspiring exchange with Conn Bertish — a creative activist and cancer survivor whose energy will come alive in his keynote at the OIXIO Inspiration Day.

🎥 Behind the Scenes
All of these stories come to life not only in audio but also visually. I chose to use Riverside so it allows me to record interviews and creates short snippets of the conversation moments. Also, Riverside provides snapshots from conversations, and I can manually edit the long interview myself, adding captions, a logo, and screen formatting.

For me, being a podcast host at OIXIO is about more than producing content. It's about building bridges — between partners and customers, between local and global voices, between technology and the trust we need to grow.
