Case Study: Practical LinkedIn Content Workshop

Client Persona
A corporate organisation with a selected group of administration employees.
The Goal
Empower the team to confidently create and share content on LinkedIn.
The Challenge
Many employees weren't sure what to post or how to create content from their personal profiles.
The Approach
1. Awareness
We started by showing the team why conversations matter on LinkedIn. Together, we explored video content as one of the most powerful — and often most intimidating — ways to start conversations. The workshop created a safe, supportive environment where they could try it hands-on.
2. Knowledge
Employees learned about video content options, the flow of creating videos, and free apps to support editing.
3. Practice
In small groups, participants:
- brainstormed content ideas,
- created scripts,
- filmed themselves, colleagues, or workplace environments,
- edited videos, added voice-overs and captions,
- formatted posts and published them in a private, unlisted LinkedIn group.
4. Reflection
We reviewed the content together, discussing challenges, successes, formatting choices, and new opportunities.
Outcomes & Feedback
- Practical skills for creating, editing, and formatting video content.
- Insights into writing engaging LinkedIn post text.
- Confidence from trying new formats: filming, voice-overs, and role-play.
- Collaboration in ideation, scripting, and content creation.
- A new perspective: realising that text or photos can also be effective formats alongside video.
Closing Insight
This workshop showed that creating LinkedIn content isn't about perfection — it's about practice, collaboration, and finding your authentic voice.
