“It feels like a regular coffee meeting with Ieva.”
About this camp
Maybe this feels familiar
Before you publish your first post, it feels like you first need to understand how the platform works, how to structure a post, and what others will think of it.
You have something to say, and silence still feels safer, because sharing looks like self-promotion and a voice inside says you need to master this first.
And you hold back with the question of whether it's worth starting when you don't yet know when your next post will come.
Participants of the previous camp named these feelings almost word for word. They are deeply human, and they are exactly what we work with here.
What changes in four weeks
I know that after four weeks you will have more clarity, more courage and your first real steps. Maybe you'll publish for the first time, maybe you'll return after a long silence, or you'll find the courage to say out loud what you've been thinking about for a while.
Your result will become clear along the way, trust me, so there's no need to define it before the camp. Each week brings one small step, and a smaller step is fine too, I know that from experience. Publishing is your choice, and practising, thinking and exploring are enough as well.
How it works
At the start of the camp, you share where you are and what you want. Every Monday I post a video letter in the shared group that responds to your reflections, adding my own experience and a useful tip. Each letter is made for this specific group.
Each week brings a different angle: how to talk about yourself, how to understand who you're speaking to and what matters to them, what to write and how to shape it, which format to choose, why and how to use video, what SEO and GEO content is, how and whether to use AI, and how to build trust without scaring people away.
Once a week, if you wish, you can share a draft of your post in the camp group. I'll read it and add my perspective right there in the group, so others can learn from it too. Each week starts fresh, and an unused week doesn't carry over to the next.
What participants say
"Ieva has a special approach to building personal visibility that truly resonates with me. She inspires me by being fully and authentically herself. Inspired by her, I try to do the same, and it really feels like a shared journey, as if travelling alongside her, and that's the best part. I especially love her community: you truly get a personal approach tailored to you, and it feels like a regular coffee meeting with Ieva. I came out of it inspired to be authentically myself, and my audience feels it! Thank you, Ieva!"

"Hi Ieva! Heartfelt thanks for today's video letter. Listening to you made for a valuable lunch break. In the letter, I truly felt personally addressed answers to my comment. I really appreciate it."

"I'm satisfied, I gained a great deal, not only about LinkedIn but also personally. [...] The take-away was a reminder about authenticity in the digital space too, the self-paced rhythm, and staying true to my values."

Who this camp is for
This camp is for you if you want to build your personal content on LinkedIn: your voice, your topics and your thought leadership. The video letters give you orientation, and you shape your own path.
Profile audits, company page and employee content strategy, and building your personal strategy stay outside the camp. They belong to my 1:1 work, and if you'd like to go deeper, simply write to me.
Your participation
The camp lives through your presence: watch the letters, share your reflections, and try each week's step at your own pace. The more you share, the more personal my response becomes.
There are no Zoom calls, 24/7 chats, competitions or AI templates here. Reading your insights each week and celebrating your wins is always a joy for me.

About me and the community
I'm Ieva Drāzniece, a communication strategist with 29 years of experience, ranked #1 in Personal Branding and Thought Leadership on LinkedIn in Latvia by Favikon.
Communities have always been part of me: from organising events in the Latvian Snowboard Association and co-founding Boards.lv, to caring for MADARA Cosmetics' global customer community in five languages, Loopbracelet, and The TRIBE, Richard van der Blom's global LinkedIn community, which I've supported since 2025. Last summer, I realised I was ready for my own.
Leadership in Progress is a place where we walk together, shoulder to shoulder, and you can skip, forget, or realise it's not your moment and still feel you belong. This camp is exactly the same.
